We are now delighted to announce that we are seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team in the Yew Tree Restaurant and Monks Lounge. This is a permanent role, based in the hotel, offering a very attractive package and benefits.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

To provide exceptional service to our guests in Food and Beverage outlets and to maximise guest satisfaction and food and beverage profitability.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that guests receive high quality service
• Ensure that the Lounge premises are in neat and orderly condition at all times
• Greet and seat the guests, and makes sure that they receive prompt, courteous and efficient service
• Provide guests with high quality service
• Perform all service duties of the Yew Tree Restaurant and Monks Lounge, i.e. food service, beverage service, room service etc.
• Seek appropriate opportunities to communicate with guests to personalise the service
• Ensures readiness and compliance among all team members
