Role - FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANT
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant who is passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests, previous experience in a similar role is desired but not essential as we can teach you how to take an order, whizz up a cocktail or to carry a tray – your outstanding customer service is what we need.

The four-star Skiddaw Hotel, based in the heart of the picturesque market town of Keswick. With 43 en-suite bedrooms, a conservatory overlooking the square and the cosy lounge bar the hotel is renowned for its personal service and delightful cuisine. Our Head Chef has carefully designed a superb a la carte menu in the recently awarded AA Rosette restaurant, Brasserie 31 with a selection of vibrant dishes, available for lunch, brunch and dinner, using fresh, local ingredients prepared by Head Chef and his team.
