With 383 guest rooms, 13 conference and event venues, and two on-site dining outlets, our property caters to both corporate and leisure clients. Easily accessible via the 86 tram and Mernda train line—both within walking distance—and with over 400 on-site parking spaces, our property is ideally positioned. We pride ourselves on delivering professional service, memorable experiences, and flexible solutions to meet the evolving needs of our diverse clientele. Job Description Greet guests, take orders, and ensure seamless dining experiences Prepare and serve coffees and beverages Maintain buffet stations, conference setups, and service areas Keep the restaurant and conference areas clean, tidy, and well-presented Work independently and collaboratively to support smooth daily operations Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner and with a high standard of customer service Maintain and follow health, safety and security procedures at all times Share product knowledge and upsell menu and beverage items Qualifications Previous F&B or hotel experience Experience working in conferencing is a bonus A current and valid RSA (or willingness to obtain one) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A bright personality with a passion for hospitality Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays Additional Information What we offer Free on-site car park Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.
