Swissôtel Sydney is seeking for a passionate Full-time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our high performing Food & Beverage team in Ten Stories Restaurant for dinner services. Job Description About the role: Contribute to the operations of Ten Stories and provide support to the team to effectively operate the restaurant during dinner services. Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests, in house and external Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of the venue Execution of excellent guest experience, product and presentation standards Ensure legal and compliant requirements of the bar operations are adhered too. Qualifications The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service Previous experience in fine dining and à la carte services Strong communication skills and beverage knowledge Excellent personal presentation Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card The availability to work a rotating roster Possess full time working right in Australia Additional Information Only candidates with right to work in Australia will be considered.
