Job Description We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service across our restaurant and bar, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver promptly Set up and reset tables, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and specials Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude Work collaboratively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service Follow all hygiene, food safety, and workplace health & safety procedures Qualifications About You Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential) A positive attitude with a genuine passion for guest service Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays RSA certification (required) Additional Information Why Work for Accor?
