Job Description Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings. Check ordered meals on collection from kitchen and deliver to guests promptly to maintain temperature and appearance; ensure items are announced. Maintain currency of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, amendments and updates and adhere to RSA principles. Notify your manager/supervisor if you require assistance. Qualifications Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. Customer service experience or experience in a similar environment. An awareness of food safety practices preferred.
