Job Description Join the Food & Beverage team at Pullman Melbourne on the Park as a casual Food & Beverage Attendant and bring your passion for exceptional service to life. Working across Cliveden Bar & Dining and banqueting operations, you’ll enjoy a dynamic role where no two days are the same – from intimate dining to large-scale events. What you’ll be doing (but not limited to): Delivering warm, attentive service in both restaurant and event settings. Setting up, operating, and packing down dining and function spaces. Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them efficiently with care. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service. Recommending menu items and confidently upselling when appropriate. Creating positive guest experiences with your welcoming, can-do attitude.
