What You’ll Do Deliver warm, attentive service across restaurant, pool bar, and event spaces Take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally Set up, operate, and pack down dining and function areas Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation Recommend menu items and confidently upsell where appropriate Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery Uphold brand standards and contribute to a welcoming team culture Qualifications Our Ideal Candidate Has: A warm, guest-focused attitude and genuine love for hospitality Previous experience in customer service or hospitality A positive team spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays Additional Information Why work for Accor?
