Featuring 380 guest rooms and suites, bar and restaurant, swimming pool and gym with 8 flexible conference & function venues feature state-of-the-art, conference technology. The ballroom accommodates events of up to 400 delegates in a theatre-style setup or 230 guests for banquets. Job Description This is your opportunity to join our Food and Beverage team. As a key member of our team you will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy. Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following: Chatting and engaging with our guests during Breakfast service Delivering room service orders Ordering and delivering food and beverage orders Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation Assist with Conference & Events, room set-up or pack down or working an event Qualifications As a successful candidate you will have: A friendly, customer focused attitude Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate Previous customer service or hospitality experience Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients A high standard of grooming and presentation The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, weekends & public holidays Additional Information WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU: Access ongoing learning and development through Accor’s RTO, “Learn Your Way.” Explore career growth and mobility opportunities across our international hotel network.
