Job Description As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you’ll play an essential role in delivering seamless, luxurious service that delights every guest. From presenting exquisite dishes to anticipating guest needs, you’ll help create memorable dining moments that reflect our commitment to five-star hospitality and culinary excellence. Deliver impeccable table service, from taking orders to presenting dishes with flair and precision. Share your expertise on our menu and wine list, making personalised recommendations and maximising guest satisfaction. Upsell and showcase our culinary offerings, helping to create exceptional dining experiences. Work seamlessly as part of a high-performing team, supporting colleagues to ensure smooth operations. Follow and uphold all departmental procedures, SOPs, and Pullman Brand Standards. Take ownership of guest feedback, requests, and concerns, turning every interaction into a moment of delight. Assist in the training and development of team members, helping to foster a culture of excellence. Embody the art of French hospitality with a positive, “can-do” attitude and a passion for service. Qualifications Must have passion for quality, presentation and delivering outstanding customer service Great communication skills & presentation and confidence to engage with guests Possess a strong command of English both written and verbal Able to work independently and in a team Ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions.
