Job Description Take Food & Beverage orders and maximise sales Learn and familiarise yourself with our products to sell confidently to guests Provide effective and clear communication to the kitchen Prompt service to our guests Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service Qualifications Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have: Must have passion for quality, presentation and delivering outstanding customer service Great communication skills & presentation and confidence to engage with guests Possess a strong command of English both written and verbal Able to work independently and in a team Ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions. Available to work on a rotating roster over 7 days if required, including weekends, public holidays, mornings and night shifts.
