Job Description The role In this role you will create memorable experiences for our guests through: Exceptional food & beverage service with all interactions. Maximise sales opportunities by upselling items Assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide suitable assistance when recommending beverages. Working collaboratively with the existing team of superstars Qualifications What we are looking for If our role interests you and you are able to demonstrate the following: Relevant experience in a similar role & environment. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits & mixed drinks is essential Dynamic personality to connect with our guests Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends.
