We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Attendant to join our vibrant team at ibis Sydney Barangaroo. The Role As a Food & Beverage Attendant - All Rounder, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy outstanding service. This hybrid role requires adaptability to work independently or collaboratively, depending on daily business needs. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional service in our Lot 51 café/bar. Assist with basic food preparation, ensuring quality and freshness. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages as a skilled barista. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment. Adapt to the demands of the day, switching seamlessly between independent and team-based tasks. Qualifications Skills and Experience Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate. Experience in small bar or café operations, with knowledge of service standards. Barista experience with the ability to craft high-quality coffee beverages. Competence in basic food preparation and completion of food safety training. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems or willingness to learn quickly. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
