Your role will include but not be limited to: Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing a welcoming and memorable dining experience. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and the overall restaurant. Ensure menu knowledge to confidently assist guests with recommendations and respond to any dietary requirements or preferences. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and ensure any concerns are resolved promptly.
