Your Responsibilities * Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. * Take and process food and beverage orders, offer thoughtful recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns. * Deliver prompt, accurate service with impeccable presentation standards. * Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, including polishing cutlery and tableware. * Manage reservations and guest bookings efficiently. * Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams for smooth service flow. * Attend regular team meetings and training sessions. * Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly. About You * Current Victorian RSA. * Previous experience in a similar premium dining role. * Ability to prepare classic cocktails. * Availability for evening and late dinner service. * Proficient in English, confident in engaging guests with compelling storytelling. * Passionate about hospitality and committed to career growth. * Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. * Positive, solutions-focused, and equipped with a can-do attitude.
