Job Description At Pullman Sydney Olympic Park, our signature Bacar Restaurant is known for refined dishes, bold flavours, and impeccable presentation. We’re now seeking an energetic and guest focused Food & Beverage attendant to join our dynamic and energetic team. This position is responsible for providing efficient food and beverage service that exceeds our guests expectations. What you’ll be doing: Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings Support the Assistant Managers with the breakfast, lunch and dinner service Input orders promptly ensuring the kitchen can fulfill their duties effectively Be involved in the service of conference and events functions Maintain clean and neat presentation of the bar and restaurant following set opening, closing and daily procedures. Qualifications Maintain current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, nights and public holidays Experience in a hotel environment or similar Service orientated with an eye for detail and confident communication skills Demonstrate pride in presentation Have full working rights in Australia Additional Information Why Join Us?
