About the Role

We're looking for motivated Food & Beverage Attendants to join our growing team across our diverse hospitality venues.

Whether you have hospitality experience or are looking to further develop your skills, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of service styles, from casual dining and high-volume service to premium dining and cocktail-focused venues.

We can offer flexible rosters with hours equivalent to part-time or full-time employment, depending on your availability and venue requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality
• Take food and beverage orders and operate POS systems
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally
• Maintain venue presentation and cleanliness standards
• Work collaboratively with front and back-of-house teams
• Adhere to RSA, food safety and WHS requirements

About You

• Previous hospitality, food & beverage or customer service experience is preferred
• Passionate about delivering great guest experiences
• Positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
• Current RSA or willingness to obtain

Desirable:

• À la carte or premium dining experience
• Cocktail or bar experience
• Wine and beverage knowledge
• Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments
