Business guests are well catered for at Mercure Perth with 6 modern meeting rooms available, accommodating up to 350 delegates. Job Description We are looking for a ‘guest obsessed’ passionate F&B / Bar Attendant who thinks outside the box and wants to opportunity to make our F&B outlets the heart & soul of our hotel. In this role you will: Be the ‘face’ of our Bar – welcome guests, look after our VIPs and clients Be an active promoter of Beccaria Bar and assist in implementing ways to drive revenue within our food and beverage outlets Run breakfast service, and conferencing and events as required Bring flair, passion and charisma each and every day Be given the opportunity to have your say and bring new ideas to the team Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices.
