We are on the lookout for a Casual Food and Beverage Attendants and Baristas to join our flagship Sailmaker restaurant.

The Sailmaker is a large, 272-seat dining destination with views of Darling Harbour. The Restaurant serves an incredible buffet breakfast that would rival the best in Sydney.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests. You will possess high attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a high paced setting. Your main responsibility as a Barista will be making all types of coffee in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining the standard & accuracy of the coffees throughout shift.
