Job Description At Pullman Sydney Olympic Park, our signature Bacar Restaurant is known for refined dishes, bold flavours, and impeccable presentation. We are currently seeking an energetic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic breakfast team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast service, including à la carte dining, while creating a welcoming experience that exceeds our guests’ expectations. What you’ll be doing: Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries, and manage restaurant seating arrangements Support the Assistant Managers with the daily breakfast and à la carte service Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring food quality and presentation standards are consistently met Take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately to support efficient kitchen operations Deliver professional and attentive à la carte breakfast service to all guests Ensure all service areas are clean, organised, and well presented throughout service Maintain the restaurant’s presentation by following all opening, closing, and daily operational procedures Qualifications Maintain current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, nights and public holidays Experience in a hotel environment or similar Service orientated with an eye for detail and confident communication skills Demonstrate pride in presentation Have full working rights in Australia Additional Information Why Join Us?
