Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking energetic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Breakfast team. In this role, you will help deliver an exceptional buffet breakfast experience, welcoming guests each morning and ensuring service runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll replenish buffet items, assist guests with dietary requirements, maintain a spotless dining area, and set the tone for an outstanding start to their day.
Morning availability is essential as shifts will commence early and run from 6:30am – 11am.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome and seat guests with a warm and professional manner
  • Maintain buffet presentation, replenishing food and beverage items promptly
  • Provide menu guidance for à la carte breakfast options or dietary requests
  • Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain a smooth flow of service
  • Anticipate guest needs to ensure an exceptional breakfast experience
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests efficiently
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the restaurant is ready before service and reset for the next day after service
