The highly acclaimed Firehouse Restaurant at Country Comfort Perth is renowned for its innovative menu that specializes in fresh Western Australian produce and drinks.
About the role
We are currently hiring F&B Attendant positions on a part-time basis.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, who loves high volume/pressure situations, takes satisfaction in providing exceptional customer service and above all can grow and adapt with the business. Hours available are between 12-25 hours per week. This can increase up to 30 hours depending on performance and availability.

Responsibilities include

  • Dinner coverage with weekends a necessity.
  • Provide exceptional service and dining experiences for both in-house guests and external patrons.
  • Provide room service orders to guests’ rooms in a fast and friendly manner.
  • Provide input on greater Food and Beverage strategies and become part of an inclusive team!
  • Ensure the restaurant and bar is well presented at all times.
  • Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
  • Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices.
  • Provide assistance with stock management.

Skills and experience

  • Prior POS experience required, preferably Infrasys
  • RSA certificate required; Approved Manager certification highly desired!
  • AHA Hygiene Certificate (or similar) required prior to commencing
  • Ability to work a flexible roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Desire to provide exceptional service and work cohesively within a great team.
  • You love the rush of the restaurant when it gets busy so you can put your incredible hospitality skills to the test.
  • You know how to make the perfect coffee
  • Australian work entitlements.

These positions are offered at HIGA Award Grade 2.
