ABOUT THE ROLES:
We’re looking for Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Conference & Events team on a Casual basis. This is a hands-on role perfect for enthusiastic hospitality professionals who love the buzz of a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll be helping deliver smooth and memorable events from setup to pack-down, all while providing warm, polished service that leaves a lasting impression.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist with setup and pack-down of event spaces
· Provide efficient and professional food and beverage service during events
· Maintain cleanliness and presentation of function spaces throughout service
· Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests during events
· Work closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless service
· Follow floor plans, run sheets, and event briefs to ensure accurate execution
· Operate POS systems and manage beverage orders as required
· Uphold RSA and food safety standards at all times
· Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team culture
