DEPARTMENT:

Responsible for providing excellent dining experiences, our Food & Beverage team is proactive, welcoming and expert with providing service to our guests. We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals to fill various roles to assist with the execution of 5* service.
Our F&B Venues include:
Haven Lounge, Garum Restaurant, Executive Lounge, Mini Bar, In Room Dining & Events Operations
We are currently recruiting for a role in our Executive Lounge on a Part Time basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

For our Food & Beverage Expert roles we are seeking professionals displaying the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in similar positions advantageous
  • Barista experience beneficial
  • Communicative and Professional level of English
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work within a team
  • Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts.
  • Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life
  • Australian working rights
  • Be willing to assist other venue when required
