As a key member of our team you will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy providing friendly and efficient service to visitors and guests of Cooinda Lodge. Job Description Take accurate food and beverage orders using suggestive selling techniques to maximize guest satisfaction and sales. Deliver meals and beverages efficiently including barista skills, maintain clean service areas, and follow safe food handling and hygiene practices. Adhere to RSA standards and liquor licensing laws, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience in a restaurant or bar environment, with solid food safety knowledge. Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (or willingness to obtain prior to starting). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flexible, team-oriented approach and passion for hospitality.
