Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Attendant to join our White Albatross Holidays. This is a casual role, with more hours during peak periods.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing and serving food and drinks for customers
- Ensuring food wastage is kept to a minimum
- Maintaining the kiosk to ensure it is clean and tidy
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Responding to customer requests and enquiries in a timely manner
You will be enthusiastic, customer-focused and experienced in a similar role. Skills and experience that would assist you to succeed in this role include:
- RSA and RCG / RSG competency card
- Demonstrated experience in a Food and Beverage Attendant role highly regarded
- Demonstrated cooking and/or food handling experience
- Confident ability to make decisions while working with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and communication skill
