Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating a warm and welcome to everyone and setting the tone for each guest’s experience
  • Prepare and serve drinks to high standards
  • Take and accurately process orders for food and beverages
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of dining areas and service stations
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations

What we need from you:

  • Current RSA Licence required, RCG desirable
  • Flexibility – night, weekend and holiday availability
  • Fitness – you’ll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling
  • Bar experience - bar and cocktail skills are desirable although not essential
  • Experience – you’ll have experience working in a bar or food service environment or willing to learn
  • Passionate - we want someone with a can do attitude, who loves our venue and isn’t afraid of a change

Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday for rotating morning, afternoon and evening shifts
Role includes Bars, Restaurants, Barista and events
