At Shangri-La Sydney, we believe in creating extraordinary moments for our guests. As a Food and Beverage Attendant in the Lobby Lounge, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring guests receive friendly, attentive service in a vibrant and welcoming environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs throughout their dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold the highest standards.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support additional tasks as required by the Food & Beverage Management team.

WHAT MAKES YOU PERFECT FOR THIS ROLE:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
