Job Description Oaks R Suites Geelong are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. If you're enthusiastic, service-focused, and passionate about hospitality, we’d love to welcome you to our team. This role includes breakfast & lunch shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays. As a valued team member, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by: Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences. Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options Serving Food & Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction. Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations. Shift Details (subject to change): Breakfast & lunch shifts Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $31.19 per hour Saturday: $37.43 per hour Sunday: $43.66 per hour Qualifications Successful candidates will have: A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude. A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or ability to obtain one. Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service. Previous experience in a waitstaff or bar role. Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills. Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
