Job Description WRAP On Southbank are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. If you're enthusiastic, service-focused, and passionate about hospitality, we’d love to welcome you to our team. This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays. As a valued team member, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by: Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences. Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options Serving Food & Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction. Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations. Shift Details (subject to change): Breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday Split shifts may be required on some days Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation): Monday - Friday: $31.19 per hour Saturday: $37.43 per hour Sunday: $43.66 per hour Qualifications Successful candidates will have: A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude. A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or ability to obtain one. Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service. Previous experience in a waitstaff or bar role. Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills. Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
