We’re hiring multiple casual team members to join us from late-November through mid-December, just ahead of a busy summer season. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us deliver the outstanding service we’re known for. You'll ideally be able to commit to at least six months, including availability over the festive Christmas and New Year period. We’re on the lookout for versatile Food & Beverage Attendants with experience in fine dining service, barista and bartending! Our Team host private wine tastings for our guests – strong wine knowledge is desirable! What you’ll do: You may work in a variety of our food and beverage outlets, providing exceptional service with a warm welcome. You’ll treat our guests and customers as individuals, offering tailored options and solutions with a resilient and can-do attitude. On a daily basis you will: Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages. Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties. Setup and reset restaurants and specific conference & function activities as required. What you’ll bring: Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce Strong bar, cocktail and mixology experience Understanding of sequence of service principles and general service operations Barista skills (ability to manage high number of orders in a short window) A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team Genuine interest and knowledge of beverage products such as spirits, beer, and wine. A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion Australian driver’s license Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays What’s in it for you?
