Job Description

• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure seamless dining experiences
• Prepare and serve coffees and beverages
• Maintain buffet stations, conference setups, and service areas
• Keep the restaurant and conference areas clean, tidy, and well-presented
• Work independently and collaboratively to support smooth daily operations
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner and with a high standard of customer service
• Maintain and follow health, safety and security procedures at all times
• Share product knowledge and upsell menu and beverage items

Qualifications

• Previous F&B or hotel experience
• Experience working in conferencing is a bonus
• A current and valid RSA (or willingness to obtain one)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A bright personality with a passion for hospitality
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
