Job Description An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons The confidence to explain our menu to guests with gusto, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as providing enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages An ability to find the "Yes" in every situation A passion for maximising sales opportunities by upselling items A calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environment A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times Qualifications Previous customer service experience. Experienced in A la carte/Wine service/Coffee making is preferred.
