Job Description
Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, nestled in Novotel Sydney City Centre our beautiful and vibrant Birdie is looking for a Part Time Food & Beverage Attendant.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests. This may be across our breakfast service and in our bustling restaurant for lunch & dinner service.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will:

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Provide menu recommendations
  • Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of dining spaces and working areas
  • Uphold a high standard of guest service to create memorable dining experience
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role or customer facing position
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible availability across weekdays & weekends working a rotating roster
  • The physical capacity to stand and move for extended periods of time and lift heavy items
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic environment
  • A valid NSW RSA
  • Valid Australian working rights
