Your day-to-day Preparing and serving food and drinks to high standards Ensure the security and proper storage of floats, guest property, food and beverage products, inventory and equipment, and replenish supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimising waste Ensure that all food and beverage facilities and equipment including restaurant spaces are cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked according to anticipated business volume. Ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done What we need from you Previous experience in a Restaurant & Bars Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or in Food & Beverage related field preferred Flexibility – night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

The attendant will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to high standards, ensuring the security and proper storage of inventory, and maintaining cleanliness of all food and beverage facilities and equipment. Duties also include making reservations, receiving and delivering food orders across the restaurant, bar, and room service.
