About the role
We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Food & Beverage Attendant to assist with the daily operations within the Cafe.
Reporting to the Cafe Supervisor, this is a casual position based in Hamilton, NSW. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award Level 2.

You will successfully

  • Provide excellent customer service, including friendly, attentive and proactive interactions with all clients and assist with purchases.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with required standards.
  • Review and manage stock levels, replenishing when required and escalating when stock reserves are low.
  • Complete open and close processes, including accurate record-keeping, in a timely manner.
  • Meet Occupational Health and Safety obligations & relevant legislation such as Australian Food Safety Standards.

You will have

  • At least 1-year industry experience including barista.
  • A valid NSW Employee Working With Children Check.
  • A current NSW Driver Licence.
  • Computer skills (desirable).
