The Galley Kitchen – Our bright and breezy, all-day diner, Moby’s Bar – our sophisticated Moby’s is home to a selection of the world’s finest whiskies, smartest cocktails and wonderful wines and The Poolside Bar offers refreshing drinks and light nibbles.

We are seeking multiple casual Food & Beverage Attendants and Poolside Attendants to join our inclusive team and assist us in providing the most memorable experiences to our guests. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide and project friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
  • Set restaurant in line with booking requirements and customer requests
  • Break down and cleaning of restaurant
  • Prepare and serve barista standard coffee
  • Provide full fine dining table service
  • Prepare and serve beverages; including cocktail and presentation of wine
  • Facilitate room service, taking orders and delivery
  • Follow RSA government legislation requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness front of house areas
  • Set up and break down of Function and Events on site
