ABOUT THE POSITION
In terms of food, Wests New Lambton Restaurants are home to dining options including Chophouse Grill, Emerald Gardens, as well as Breakfast on the Terrace.
Duties include but not limited to:
This casual position will require availability for a variety of dinner shifts from Tuesday to Saturday. Availability on weekends and during seasonal peaks (summer, public holiday and school holiday periods) is essential.
Certifications required: RSA

ABOUT YOU
We are seeking passionate Food and Beverage staff with table service experience gained within a restaurant environment (3-6 months of previous experience). To be considered for this opportunity, good knowledge of wine, or exposure to presenting wine in a restaurant setting, as well as experience in mixing a wide variety of cocktails, will be highly regarded.
