Please note, Cradle Mountain Hotel is not in an eligible location to be counted toward WHM visa days. What you’ll do: We are looking for standout Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. You may work across a range of our food and beverage outlets, including the Altitude Restaurant, Bar Lounge and Visitor Centre Cafe, delivering exceptional service and a genuine, welcoming experience every time. You’ll connect with guests on a personal level, offering thoughtful recommendations and anticipating their needs with a positive, can‑do attitude. Whether it’s a relaxed drink by the fire or a memorable dining experience, you’ll play a key role in bringing our hospitality to life. On a daily basis, you will: Deliver friendly and efficient table service across our food and beverage outlets Take orders and serve food and beverages with accuracy and attention to detail Process transactions and maintain cashiering responsibilities with care Set up and reset restaurant, bar and function spaces to a high standard Assist with conference and function service as required Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience What you’ll bring: Previous food and beverage experience, with a passion for showcasing local Tasmanian produce Strong bar skills, including cocktail preparation and mixology Barista experience, with the ability to manage high‑volume service periods A positive, energetic attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment A genuine interest in beverages, including wine, beer and spirits A natural ability to connect with guests and deliver memorable service A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate A completed Food Safety/Food Handling certificate A valid Australian driver’s licence Flexibility to work across a 7‑day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays What’s in it for you?
