Please note, Cradle Mountain Hotel is NOT in an eligible location to be counted toward WHM visa days What you’ll do: You may work across a range of our food and beverage outlets, delivering exceptional service and a genuine, welcoming experience. You’ll engage with guests on a personal level, offering thoughtful recommendations and solutions with a positive, can‑do approach. On a daily basis you will: Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages. Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties. Setup and reset restaurants and specific conference & function activities as required. What you’ll bring: Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce Strong bar, cocktail and mixology experience Barista skills (ability to manage high number of orders in a short window) A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team Genuine interest and knowledge of beverage products such as spirits, beer, and wine. A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion Australian driver’s license Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays What’s in it for you?
