Deliver warm, attentive service that reflects the five-star standard our guests expect Engage with guests in meaningful ways – remembering names, celebrating milestones, and personalising each interaction Bring energy and creativity to the guest experience – from latte art to cocktail flair to setting the perfect ambience Share your knowledge of menus, local produce, and wine pairings with confidence and enthusiasm Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless, memorable food and beverage moments Create visually beautiful setups for events, bar displays and dining spaces that reflect the luxury of the brand Make thoughtful suggestions and upsell items that enhance the guest’s dining or event experience Be empowered to go above and beyond – surprise and delight guests with genuine gestures and personalised service Hourly Pay rates: Mon to Fri: $25.85 (+ $2.81 evening loading after 7pm) Saturday: $32.31 Sunday: $38.78 Public Holidays: $58.16 Plus: Guaranteed minimum weekly hours Paid annual leave, including leave loading Penalty rates for evenings, weekends and public holidays Superannuation contributions Access to paid personal and compassionate leave Job security with consistent, ongoing shifts What we can offer you...
