F&B and Bar Attendant – Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside supervisors to support daily operations
• Set up, clean, and pack down service areas to required standards
• Deliver quality service in restaurant, function and bar environments
• Prepare and serve beverages, maintaining bar areas and equipment
• Monitor food quality and presentation
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally

Barista – Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality espresso drinks
• Operate commercial machines and maintain a clean, organised station
• Handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times
• Maintain stock levels and follow hygiene standards
• Provide friendly and responsive service, adapting to guest preferences

About you:

• Previous hospitality experience
• Familiarity with banquet service and set-up is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and personal presentation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge
• Ability to multitask under pressure
• A positive, customer-focused attitude
• Valid RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain one
• Recent Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

Uniform:

• Black business-style pants, long-sleeved black collared business shirt, black leather-look business shoes, black socks
