Access to VenPerks: amazing discounts at over 450 retailers across Australia, including major retail brands Ventia is recognised as a Veteran Employer of Choice by the Australian Government’s Department of Veterans’ Affairs About the role Ventia, in collaboration with the Australian Defence Force, are seeking multiple enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver high-quality service and maintaining strict food safety standards. Key Responsibilities include (not limited to): Deliver an outstanding service to all guests every shift Clean equipment, dishes and dining areas Follow food safety and hygiene standards (training provided!) Collaborate with kitchen and catering staff Follow safety protocols and report any hazards About You 1+ years' experience in hospitality & catering Responsible Service of Alcohol certification. (RSA) (Advantageous) Prior experience delivering food and beverage services in hotels, restaurants, and high-volume dining establishments. (Advantageous) Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation and statutory obligations. Current Australian drivers licence. (Advantageous) Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance.
