Description JOB SUMMARY: Provides office support to the Food and Beverage team (Banquets, Culinary, Stewarding and/or Restaurants). Primary duties include payroll reconciliation, scheduling support, and processing daily operations information that involves communication with other divisions, as well as within the Food and Beverage departments. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Review Time and Labor system and update daily & weekly payroll for accuracy & compliance. Coordinate with accounting on necessary corrections to tip pay-out paperwork and job classification exceptions for each pay period. Answer department communications and relay messages to proper persons. Review and submit temporary staff timesheets. Attend BEO meetings and other department meetings as needed. Create banquet menu cards and event marketing material, as needed. Process daily mail and email and distribute/post. Assist with onboarding of division new hires. Make necessary changes to the server’s schedule and BEO’s when needed. Monitor communications on the Beekeeper app and communicate as needed. Other projects and duties as assigned by management. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Microsoft Office proficient. Effective office and time management organizational practices. Effect oral and written communication. Dynamic personality with ability to fully execute Marriott standards of Brilliant Hosting.
