Description
Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Director of Food & Beverage and outlet leadership. Assist with pre-opening activities including F&B documentation, SOP development, checklists, and coordination of operational setups. Handle daily communication, scheduling, and departmental correspondence. Prepare reports, meeting minutes, requisitions, and departmental presentations. Coordinate with procurement, finance, and other departments for smooth F&B operations. Support the onboarding and training of F&B team members. Assist in monitoring inventory records, purchase orders, and supplier coordination. Maintain departmental files, systems, and databases. Ensure guest inquiries or concerns are forwarded to the appropriate outlet manager. Uphold IHG service, safety, and quality standards at all times. Requirements Prior experience in Food & Beverage operations or administration; hotel experience is a MUST. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hotel systems (e.g., Opera, Micros/F&B POS) is an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla. Attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork capabilities. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Experience in pre-opening or project coordination is an added advantage.
