Job Description Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Director of F&B. Coordinate inter-resort communication and documentation between F&B departments. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and performance data (P&L, guest satisfaction, upselling results, etc.). Maintain and update F&B databases, menus, training records, and standard operating procedures. Manage departmental calendars, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action plans. Coordinate with procurement and cost control for F&B requisitions and inventory monitoring. Support pre-opening, event planning, and promotional activities across the cluster resorts. Handle guest correspondence and feedback related to F&B when required. Support the F&B leadership team in scheduling, payroll submissions, and administrative processes. Liaise with Marketing, HR, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operational support. Maintain confidentiality of all departmental and resort-related information.. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel environment. Strong administrative and coordination skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively. Familiarity with resort operations and F&B terminology is an advantage.
