Qualifications

  • Administrative/coordinator experience is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years Food and Beverage operational experienc
Responsibilities
  • Maintain organizational systems and structure for the F&B Administrative office
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Food & Beverage
  • Liaison between F&B operations and PR/Marketing
  • Work alongside Outlet Managers to ensure payroll is up to date, and reporting lines are correct
  • Communicate with colleagues regarding administrative information in the F&B department
