The Food & Beverage Cost Control Manager, reporting to the Financial Controller, will oversee and enhance cost control operations for The Star Sydney’s Food & Beverage division, ensuring precise financial reporting, reducing waste, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee stocktake processes across hospitality outlets, ensuring consistency and accurate mapping of transfers, wastage, and BEPOZ sales
  • Analyse stocktake variances, identify discrepancies, and escalate as needed
  • Implement cost control strategies aligned with financial and operational goals
  • Advise senior management on stock and cost control, supporting pricing and efficiency initiatives
  • Track food and beverage cost trends through weekly reports and collaborate with management to maintain controls
