Description Ensure quality of service, as well as overall food and beverage product and presentation. Manage all food and beverage staff. Create and modify schedules. Establish service standards for front and back of house. Develop departmental policies and procedures. Prepare budgets and analyze performance. Perform all duties in accordance with casino policies and procedures. Requirements Protect the integrity of the company by identifying and properly serving guests in accordance with all governing regulations. Identify and implement changes to expedite service, increase overall check averages, and decrease cost where applicable Maintain quality control of product, food cost, and portion control. Maintain staffing levels to provide an exceptional customer experience. Manage, train and develop staff. Effectively and accurately communicate with management and other departments regarding operations. Maintain accurate inventory of all food & beverage supplies. Create and execute daily menu specials. Assign appropriate duties to subordinates. Create purchase orders for necessary supplies. Develop policies and procedures as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
