THE ROLE:

Live Nation is seeking a strategic and experienced Food & Beverage Director – Venues to lead the planning and execution of public Food & Beverage, Catering, and Merchandise operations across our Australian venues, while also offering guidance to New Zealand venues and festivals.
This senior role will drive revenue growth, margin performance, and customer experience across all F&B touchpoints—from bars and catering to merchandise and premium offerings. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping innovative F&B concepts, implementing new systems, and optimising retail operations in collaboration with venue and executive teams.
