Job Description We are seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join The Ternary leadership team. Working alongside an exceptional culinary and front-of-house team, you will play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences, leading service excellence, and developing our people in one of Sydney’s most awarded restaurants. Lead front-of-house food & beverage operations, delivering friendly, professional service Manage restaurant and bar teams, planning daily activities Manage guest issues and support emergency response procedures Ensure clear communication through service logs and cross-department collaboration Drive performance against budgets, service standards, and customer satisfaction targets Support team training, inductions, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Qualifications A demonstrated passion for leading the next generation of hospitality leaders.
